Members of the Cleveland Hill Education Association walked on October 15, 2016, in the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer event held in downtown Buffalo. This year, our members donated over $1,100 to this fundraiser. Thanks to those who walked or sponsored a walker!

The 2016 Annual Meeting of NYSTRS Delegates was recently held. More than 700 delegates, alternates and visitors were on hand at the Nov. 6-7 conference at the Saratoga Springs City Center.

 

If you couldn't make it to Saratoga, here's a recap: 

  • Jolene T. DiBrango of the Pittsford Central School District was re-elected to a three-year term on the 10-member Retirement Board.
  • NYSTRS delegates and alternates attended a variety of seminars that covered topics ranging from NYSTRS benefits to keeping your personal information secure.
  • Delegates took part in a question-and-answer period with the NYSTRS
